The English Martyrs Independent Youth Club want to know what you think about your youth club. One way to find this out, is by creating some of our surveys. It won't take long but it could change the youth club.
Please remember that we want to get a fair decision, so please don't do it more then once.
On 9th March there were a few surveys given out. If you have not got one and would like to fill one out, then please download a copy from the 'Documents' webpage and then hand it in at the next youth club or email it to...

Please do everything you can to help us improve the youth club.
We will be doing another survey/ questionnaire near the end of the summer term to see whether you like the new improvements.
