Where: Carroty Wood Adventure Centre
How much: £280 (£40 deposit by 7th November)
Why: To have a fantastic time, with friends, make new ones, do alot of activities including archery, absieling, rock climbing, swimming and more!
Trip to Carroty Wood
4th - 8th August 2008
We will be embarking on the EMIYC Trip to Carroty Wood from the 4th to 8th August 2008!
All places for the trip have now been filled and we are under way in getting the preparation sorted for the trip!
For those who are going, you are reminded that all monies are to be paid in by Friday 4th July (youth club night). We will be sending out emails from time to time to ask for more information concerning the trip.

There will be a meeting in mid - July for parents and participants to come along to and find out more information about the trip. It is vital to attend because participants will be split into their rooms and groups and given some pre information for the trip. Parents will be able to ask questions and have a brief insight into what is happening on the week. A booklet will be available for parents after this.
Thank you to those who attended the EMIYC Trip meeting on Wednesday 16th July. I hope you found it informative. For those who have lost their booklet, we do have spares but you can also email for a full colour version of the booklet (requires Microsoft Office Publisher 2003 and above). Paul, our resident Photographer will be doing a Picture DVD for the week, all the information will be included in the booklet given out to parents at the meeting. If you wish to have a look at photos by Paul, then please see the Links section for sample photos.

If you need a form because you have lost it, please send an email to the youth club and you will have to collect it at the start of the next youth club. A participant can only come if their form is filled out. We recommend that all forms are sent to us by you.
Thank you to those who went on the trip including participants, leaders and everyone involved. Everyone at EMIYC hopes everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time. We are currently in the process of booking something for next year, so watch this space!
We will be putting up the best photos from the week on the website for you to view and will be putting in the games room for you to look at.
